Printer Problems? Hope this helps!

You may need to check the software by updating your printer drivers.

What you will need to do is:
Right-click My Computer -->
Click Properties -->
Click hardware tab -->
Click device manager -->
Click on Ports -->
then double click on printer port.

Now check to see if the status window says that it's working probably.
(You can click on the driver tab to update the driver.)
If this fails then it could be a hardware problem.

Try to update the drivers first to see if that is the problem.

How To Create A Folder In My Documents

How to create a folder in my documents:
  1. On the desktop, right click the My Computer icon.
  2. Select Explore from the list that appears. there will be a window with two panes. On the left is a list of all your drives and on the right is a list of the drives sorted in categories.
  3. We will be creating a folder in My Documents. Click My Documents.
  4. Right click in any empty space on the right pane.
  5. Select New from the bottom of the expanded list . Select Folder from the next expanded list.
  6. Type in a name for the folder.
  7. Hit the Enter key and your done.
